I've found them at a multitude of places up to and including: The evil that is Wal-Mart, Spenser's, Hot Pocket (oops, I mean Topic), and Subterrainea (but you probably don't have one where you live unless you live in Anchorage). You can probably also get them at comic shops (the ones that sell more than just comics) or halloween stores. You just need to know where to look. But I've seen them all over the place.

You can get them at almost every halloween store or you can make them. When I made my sisters costume last year, I just got a little black boa (from a fabric store like Joannes) and you can sew or glue it on to a regular headband (just make sure u scrunch up some extra fabric for the ears!).

get a scarf of your selection, get some felt of your selection. decrease the felt right into a triangular shape and then glue them to the headscarf. lovable and easy! have relaxing! observe: in case you have not have been given felt at living house and don't desire to purchase any, you are able to continually use black shape paper. living house made cat ears seem far greater effective than keep offered ones. Now all I even have seen being offered are those cheesy, thick, sparkly issues that are meant to resemble cat ears. Blek. :)
