I do sense and feel the pain of people that I am close to, I am able to pick up on it and call them to help them, my friends have often commented on how eerie it is that I just seem to know when to be there!!

Good q - I have found that my ability to empathise with others (including sensing their pain) has grown with age - but considering the low base I started from it is still no great shakes.

Sense yes, feel,, no. It would be overwhelming to take on anothers pain, it is better to be there to support them as they work through it.

I don't need any more sense or feeling, lol. I have had enough pain all by myself giving birth to two kids, lol.

no....because if others were to feel my pain, especially loved ones, they would want to kill themselves....
