My hopes and dreams are far away but I refuse to give up, I keep as positive as possible and work on smaller goals, try to enjoy time with family and friends, try to make other peoples days a little better with a smile!! I have faith that one day I'm going to reach my dreams!!

Pick a few milestones on the way and aim for the first of those - when you reach it set course for the next - worked for the 'old-time' sailors - should work for you.
If you are sure of your dream then set to it mate - you can get there.

Keep reminding myself daily that there must be a way to reach them, and file away in my mind the tidbits that could help me reach them. Act on what I can and hang on to the rest until the time is right.
