Even Boss Hogg from "Dukes of Hazard" would make a better coach and motivator than Norv Turner. We Chargers fans are feeling the pain and hurting ---badly.

Its hard to say, I dont blame Norv for the Chargers Horrible Play this season though. I Blame GM AJ Smith. You Dont let a 14-2 Coach go just cuz you dont like his personality. Save the Ego for the players and let your coach continue to do the job he's supposed to do. Marty Wasnt hired to Respect The Chargers Front Office, he was hired to win football games, and he did that last season. AJ Smith is the Worst GM in sports, next to Every Hockey GM of course;)

I don't think he could ruin the colts because Peyton calls most of the plays himself and it's worked well so far
And he's ruined...three teams before? Oakland, Washington and I can't remember the other (if there was one, but I'm positive about Oak. and Wash., and they sucked the same as he's making the Chargers suck)
Hammer: did you mean NHL owners? Because I would agree with you there. I don't think the GMs are as responsible for hockey's downfall

I'd have to say no but only because of the QB play I think those are the only two guys in the league who could overcome Norv's ineptness.
