we have some (what i assume are dried) bloodworms, that we used to use to feed my brothers fighting fish, but now are using to feed some tadpoles we got the other day, but now two of the bloodworms have come back to life and are now swimming/floating around the tank, is this possible? is that ment to happen? are they even blood worms? they are white and about 7 mm long, have a black head and a black spike thing at the back of them, and have tiny legs, almost like a millipede. anyone know? its just weird thats all :D oh and we have had the blood worms for i dunno at least a year, if not more.

That doesn't sound like a live bloodworm to me. Bloodworms are bright red, with a yellow-brown head, and false legs only behind the head and at the tail. See this photo: http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk/commondata/figurethumbnails/bloodworm_tn_578649.jpg

I'll see if I can find a photo of something it might be and if I do, I'll post it with this answer.

Does what you have look like any of these (mosquito larvae): http://www.arbovirus.health.nsw.gov.au/mosquit/photos/various_larvae.jpg

These would need to periodically go to the surface to breathe as seen here: http://www.arbovirus.health.nsw.gov.au/mosquit/photos/oc_camp_larvae_group.jpg

All fish love blood malicious application. yet some could be too enormous. they're going to benefit from the blood malicious application as they grow to be in good shape, greater energetic, and greater in all probability to reproduce. Sharks will definelty income from it. additionally try giving them no longer in uncomplicated terms Bloodwor, yet in addition daphina.... All fish love this form of nutrition and could normally consume what you put in their tank. they'd additionally consume, sprouts, pease, cabbage and greater vegetables. good success
