Great question. Comedy and satire are given a very wide berth when it comes to liable, slander, or use of copy righted images, that type of thing.

There are a number of high profile court cases that have dealt with that issue.

it fairly is humorous ok. Mr. Bluster himself, somebody that could desire to screech and moan if somebody sued HIM for the comparable ingredient, he could call that an abuse of the device and insist reform. humorous (not) that he can do something he pleases, yet no one extra powerful do to him what he does to others.
