Not at all. I have worked in customer service and I KNOW first hand how it is. Especially with customers who are wealthy. They are the most demanding and rude people. (you think they would be nice; they have money.) I only get testy when I call Information and it's someone with a foreign accent and I have to spell out the whole name, like "Sam Jones" S as in sun, A as in apple, M, as in moon. J as in jam, O as in orange, N as in Nancy, E as in easy, and S as in sun. Doh!

Never. I have worked many jobs that associate with customer service. And trust me, there were so many unpleasant moments. So I try to not be demanding, ever.

I am always polite and patient. Unless someone is a betch to me when serving me, and I have been nice to them...then I get bitchy and tell them off.
It takes a lot to piss me off. I hate being waited on by people who talk over me to someone else about things that are inappropriate to talk about in front of customers.

Depends on the situation. If I have been standing and waiting on you and you ignore me to help people that came in after me, then yes. If I am eating dinner in a restaurant and I have to wait forever for a refill on my drink, then yes. As long as I am being treated fairly and you are nice and kind, then no. You treat me fairly, then I treat you fairly.

Yes indeed, but I'm nice to sales people. Unless they keep trying to push the expensive one of whatever I'm buying. I expect to get everything I'm paying for.

i do expect good customer service. if the person is nice and professional, i will let mistakes slide. if they are rude and unprofessional, thats another story.
