It is next to impossible to find a habit worse than smoking. My wife complains of the smell, it costs too much money - and after 22 years of it, I can see and feel the effects it has had my health.
Before anyone says "just quit," I have tried. I have tried cold-turkey, patches, gum, and hypnosis. I would have an easier time giving up food.
To the asker and everyone else reading this: DON'T START!

My worst habit is cursing. But, actually I don't think that is a bad habit, because I don't believe in words being "curse" words or taboo. But it makes it real hard when dealing with society because most of society views those words as "bad".
Every other word out of my mouth is a curse word. < Just writing that without curse words was very hard to do.

Smoking. I started at 16. I am now 30. Young people, don't take up this habit. It is expensive, and you will regret it in the end.

same as david, i slouch. getting better tho.

procrastinating.
losing my patience.
leaving dirty dishes.. { i hate doing dishes}.
getting mad when my cupboeard are out of order.. kinda funny when this has to be perfect, but the sink is a mess..lol.
