I just found this fabulous web site that keeps me up
with all the happenings & futures on the soaps.
I don't get to see them everyday, because I have a life,
not much of one, but it's mine.
I asked a nice little question, something really simple.
In my details I listed this web site.
Silly me, thinking that I was helping, I posted it .
All of a sudden the banshees from doom
are out here fussing about Spoiler.
I figured that, if you didn't want to know about the soap,
you just waited till next week.
No one's going to MAKE you go to a web site.
So, please will someone tell me:
What seems to be these people's problem?

a spoiler is where someone gives the ending/update on something. if they read it and went,it is their own fault. their problem is they don't want to blame themselves for what they did, so they look for a scapegoat. kinda like shooting the messenger

A spoiler reveals what's going to happen in the next few weeks or even a month. (soapcentral.com, soaps.net, about.com) It gives away the storyline. Some people (me) don't want to know. So, posting a link to a website is fine, but some people post the whole spoiler. I for one, don't want to know what happens. I'd rather watch when I can and try to figure the plot out myself. That's all. I hate it what people post the whole spoiler - heck if it's right in front of me I'll probably read it. On the other hand, I won't clink on the link knowing it's a spoiler.

1. A published piece of information that divulges a surprise, such as a plot twist in a movie, or n this case, an opera
2. The second is a long, narrow hinged plate on the upper surface of a car, or a plane

A "spoiler" is telling you secrets about the stuff that's going to happen on the show. People are dumb when they think they have to read them. It's your own choice.
