I'm always willing. Ultimately it is contingent upon what is in others' hearts whether differences become total barriers. For example, I can't accept grossly immoral, cruel, or extremely demanding types that are chronically locked into their own ways at the expense of others. I am broadly accepting of differences in tastes, interests, creed, philosophies, religion, race, and many other qualities that make for wonderful human diversity.

We are all different in one way or another so I am used to variety in life. I just try to look for a sameness to strike up a bond and the difference is just something to talk about or not. And before long you hardly think about differences at all.

Total willing. We people might be equal in the hospital facility those days after our birth, but the moment we go home, we develop different, and so...we became that what we are.

It depends on what is the difference about, some simple things is easy to let it go, some others like behavior in general (like manners) I find myself hard to say or think: "ah he/she is rude or he forgot to say excuse me after burping... how lovely..." no, I can't just let it go.

In general is nice to share opinion with somebody else, but avoiding conversations where it get to the point of being stubborn, to communicate is not to convince the other that you own the reason or that you know all.

Depends on who the other person is and what the difference is. Certain things get on my nerves more than others. I am white and don't deal with blacks very well but I am getting better.
