Look for books and websites that show the actual architectural plans and layout of temples and compare the two!

There may have been some Egyptian influence on early Archaic shrines but the Greeks soon developed thier own style!

Some Egyptian temples use pillars and plinths, and I imagine they had altars or some structure performing that function. Anyway:

Both have large pillars on front of the temple.
