Well, I guess that all depends on how teachable you are at the time you have a conflict. What are you open to learn from them? You could learn to problem solve, compromise, appreciate other people's differences...or, you could learn that people are idiots and liars and you are always right... so, it all depends

Which conflicts do you mean?
Personal conflicts have million causes..its hard to analyse them...world conflicts arr caused of robbing money..influence etc..
Machiavelli's "Duke" or the economic analyse of K.Marx
give the answer. Sometimes they are a mirror..mean if it is a personal conflict...we have the chance to change..taking new decisions.
