Yes, they're real. I have one. It's a cheap one made of cardboard with a plastic planchette, but it is tangible and therefore real.
Now, do they channel spirits? I suppose they could. I've used it before and nothing's ever happened. Well, except my scaring the pants off my husband as a joke. (I have exceptional muscle control in my wrists and fingers and am an expert at making it look like the planchette is moving me rather than the other way around.)

Ouija Boards are real. The ones your buy at a toy store are well just a toy. They do work though. You can actually contact spirits through one. They can bring forth bad spirits however, why you should know what your doing before you mess with one. The people who are saying they don't work are those who have never tried one or who didn't know what they were doing.

Ok...have read others responses to this question, and felt...compelled to put in my 2 cents.....
Oija Boards are indeed real...real wood, real plastic, real price-tag....You can buy them...that makes them real...
Now..I'm assuming by the term "real" you mean..do they work???
Of course they do...why shouldn't they....
I wouldn't suggest buying one though....you can make one out of paper....it's not the type/brand of board that makes the impact...it's the person using it...
You DO NOT have to be a sensitive to use a board...you don't have to be gifted, you don't have to be a medium...that's the misconception....all you really have to be is calm and settled....if you're agitated or nervous, it wont work....in order for a spirit to feel comfortable enough to approach you, IT has to feel like you are comfortable to accept it....Bottom line....if your calm and laid back and fully believe, without feeling threatened or apprehensive, then it will come to you...
BUT, BUT, BUT---- You do NOT choose what spirits decide to come to you....depending on where you are, or what your situation is...ANYTHING can come through that portal....In all honesty, you don't even need a board...if you feel comfortable enough trying to contact something verbally or during a seance with others who are in the same type of calm frame of mind as you, then it will come....that doesn't mean you want it to....if you do not know the basics of a protective circle or a house blessing of salt and sage, then don't do it.....
If you truly want to bring things into your world so you can communicate with them, you BETTER know how to shut the door when you're done, because if you don't..it will STAY there....and if it's an evil spirit, then you're screwed...there's a lot of clean-up work to try and get rid of it, not to mention the fact that it can get into your mind and your life and destroy you.....
Bottom line...if you can cast a protective circle and close the "door" when you're done, then I say go for it, no matter what method you use to do it....But if you don't know how to do those things, then don't screw around with it because it can get extremely, EXTREMELY ugly..

No, Ouija boards are not real. Yes of course they do exist, but that posess absolutely no supernatural force whatsoever.
Many have been proven fake, as they've been taken apart to find magnets inside.

is there any LOGICAL way to explain it if they were real?
If there are spirits to channel why on earth would they want to come through on a novelty TOY like a Ouija board??
Do you ever see "real" psychics using them???

Of course. I've got videos of my using ouija boards and calling the undead. If you want them, contact me. But you'll have to pay me. It took a lot of effort with those special effects.....oops.

yeah, there's a ouija game you could get in teh store too, but i don't know if it works. i've seen it in KB Toys. my mom, aunts, and uncles have played before, but they said that you really shouldn't because the spirit could haunt you forever n stuff.

i heard Ouijia board can summon evil spirits and is only used in a group if you know what you are doing

Yes they are and are VERY DANGEROUS you will be letting in bad energy do not use them under any circumstances. You will not have anything good come from them very low energy
