I always make a veggie pizza with my lasagna...it's more of an appetizer so not sure it's what you are looking for...It's crescent rolls formed into a pizza shape (round or square is fine) and baked, spread with a cream cheese mixture, add tossed veggies on top (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, celery, etc) If you are interested just update your question and ask and I'll post the actual recipe. Everyone goes nuts over it! I always used to serve garlic bread....but then I started buying fresh Italian or French bread and slicing it and heating up a little and that seems to go over well. You could do a hot spinach dip (YUMM!) with toasted garlic bread as an appetizer (sorry, again, not sure if you're looking for appetizers...also have a great recipe if you're interested) Steamed veggies Bruschetta

OMG! Can I come over for dinner? Be there in a sec! Yes~! And don't forget the wine.... And out of all the potatos, red ones are the best... Steam the veggies to keep most of the vitamins in there, and the garlic bread Yum! I think salad tastes best with a squirt of fresh lemon and avacado, no dressing... It has tons of calories and takes away the flavor of the salad...
