Never thought of all of those together, but I've heard them... and I agree to all.

For me, the basement has always been the scariest room.
I agree with you on the mirrors thing. I will always feel that 12:00 midnight is more scarier than 3:00 am. The window is scary at night because you don't know who or what might be outside watching you. Full moon's are scary too.

I don't find them scary the only thing that really bugs me if someone beats on the side of my house and when I go outside to check it out they are gone or something stupid of that nature.
Don't be scared of stupid things like Mirrors, CR, 12 AM or 3 AM for that matter. Oh and for the other guy who said that Full Moon's are scary, they are not scary unless you turn into a werewolf that is.. No I am joking or am I.

The scariest thing in the house is whatever scares you more. I can think of scarier things. If they do not scare you, then they are not the scariest things. They may seem scary to them. The only thing that scares me in a house is the people outside.

I live in Florida in a neighborhood of old people (In fact, I am one of them!), so, yes, these are all true!
* At 3:00 a.m. everybody seems to wake up (to go to the bathroom? to get a snack? to count the druggies racing through the night to get their fixes?) Many of us are not cute at that time of day.
* When you're fat, wrinkled and gray mirrors get scary!
* When the shades are open (for coolness), I'm scared the neighbors will see my ugly self!
* Bathrooms are scary if you trip and fall.
Tonight -- no kidding! -- my 99-year-old mother-in-law sat down in the kitty litter in the bathroom by accident, and had to call Life Alert to get her out. For her, that was scary!

Yes hun, even though the witching hour is supposed to be midnight around three is when all the ghosts and spooks tend to stir
the thing about mirrors is like the old bloody marrie legend. I won't tell you it for it may scare you more but its about the truth.

It all depends on what is your preferance of scary, but windows might be scary if your on the first floor because you could get scared that someone might break the window and come in to your house.

Well it depends. Are you painting pentagrams on your mirrors in goats' blood?
