Maybe when I was 14. I was very active in a church for about a year. That was the one year of genuine happiness. No heartbreak. No jealousy. No drama.
I mean, this last year has been the most dramatic and drastic in my life, but the highs were highs, and the lows were lows. I kissed for the first time, did something else for the first time, fired a revolver, smoked, spent $3900 on a diamond for a girl I hardly knew, went to a club and hugged girls I never met, got drunk and passed out (x3), made tons of friends and talked to people I never would've known about, got courageous enough to drive on the highway, learned how to order food (on my own), celebrated New Year's, took financial risks, and then lost it all...
So, age 14 and age 25. Everything else in between and before was a complete waste of time and pointless.
Hopefully the best is yet to come. After my year at that church I searched for that kind of emotional high every day until this last year. Now, all the friends are gone, the girl is gone, the clubbing is too intimidating, and all of my cards are maxed out either way.

19, I had transfered to a college about 200 miles away from home. I loved the freedom to do anything and everything I wanted. So young and carefree. Man, I miss that.

When I was 45,
my hubby and I were happy then.
We had no problems, that was 1993.
My girls were two & three years old,
the twins were 15
and my oldest was 23.
Yes, these were the happiest times,
that I can recall.
Today is 2007,
My hubby passed away in 2003.
The girls are 16 &17,
my other three are grown.

19 and newly married and free living at the beach way down the coast away from family. A magical year. We didn't have any big bills or baggage.

Honestly, I'd have to say right now, 32.
I don't look dumpy yet, and I am so much more confident and secure than ever before. I know what I want but enjoy every day. I have so many skills and talents that I have developed, and am so thankful for my excellent education and everything I've learned!

4 years old! I just started school, happy meals were still good, I didn't have any homework, playing with toys was fun... that was the life!
Now I'm 17 and I have to grow up! But I don't wanna!
