Oh yes. And I thank my lucky stars that they did, even if they are no longer a part of my daily life. While there are times I hurt because that part of me is basically closed off and I miss the "toucher" ( and I don't mean only physical!) there are many areas of me that have learned and yearn for a partner to complete the rest of the jigsaw puzzle that is missing some pieces!
