I like Tim Winton's Short Stories from Minimum of Two and The Turning, even though sometimes I don't understand what he's trying to say in his stories.. >,<
and non-fictions, my favourite is Victoria Clark's "Far-farers: an epic journey from viking Iceland to Crusader Jerusalem"
