The Chicago Cubs. He will reunite with Lou Pinella and the Cubs will win the 2008 World Series, making it an even 100 years between World Series championships! And if that happens he will forever be loved in Chicago which is something he will never be in New York. If not the Cubs, there are only a few other teams that would be able to afford him. The Red Sox, the Angels, the Dodgers, the Mets.
I thought about adding the Giants, but they've seen over the last few years that throwing all your money at one or two players (Bonds & Zito) doesn't work. If A-Rod goes to the Giants, they will just pitch around him like they did Bonds because they would much rather face the likes of Pedro Feliz or the broken-down Ryan Klesko. They would be best served signing 2 or 3 solid vets and building up their farm system.

The popular guesses seem to be Anaheim and Chicago. Anaheim is seeking a power bat to protect Vlad Guerrero. The Cubs have the money, though they would have to reshuffle their infield to accomodate A-Rod, possibly moving him back to SS. Other options which have been floated include Boston (highly unlikely), Seattle (again, highly unlikely), San Francisco (since Bonds will be gone and money will be freed up) and Los Angeles.

i'm a Yankee Fan. i'm hoping a-rod isn't stupid anough to do a component like sign to a distinctive team. relatively after this type of great season like this. i became listining to a communique instruct a pair of-rod and his destiny. They have been announcing that if a-rod is a guy that respects MLB historic previous, he will stay with the Yankees. right here is why. If a-rod leaves awesome now, which team will he %. whilst he gets inducted in the corridor of popularity. If he leaves awesome now he could have been on a great form of distinctive communities. additionally, a stable and clever participant will stay with the gang he's doing stable with. a great form of folk pass to a distinctive team after doing nicely with a distinctive one. seem a J.D. Drew with the crimson Sox. He has this type of stable carrer with the Dodgers yet now he sucks with the crimson socks. A-rod, stay clever chum, stay with the Yankees.

The Milwaukee Brewers. They'll fire all the other players and A-Rod will play with himself.
