who do you think is the answer at 3rd Nomar or LaRoche or even someone outside of the organization

doesnt all the injuries La Roche has had in his short career put up a red flag?

I think the Dodgers view LaRoche as the long term solution at 3rd. He's continually been ranked as one of the best prospects at the position in all of baseball. As you aptly point out, LaRoche has definitely had some injuries, but nothing compared to Garciaparra, who should be followed by an ambulance everywhere he goes. The only way that I see LaRoche being supplanted in the Dodgers plans is if they decide to spring for someone like A-Rod, and then deal Andy in a deal for pitching help. However, that would take a mighty financial commitment, which makes it unlikely.

I have to say LaRoche. He is good young talent!

Nomar is towards the end of his career!

LaRoche will be great in the future!
