NO, because even he is small he can handle the title & other people like to see Hornswoggle as a Champion... so it is better to see Hornswoggle still the Champ...

Hornswoggle being a title holder was a joke. I think his character will be better as Vince's son and doing his little shananegens in Raw.

YES! Hornswoggle as CW Champ was a terrible, stupid joke. Glad to see they will give the title to a real wrestler with actual talent.

Yes,I do think she should have taken his title.Actually,I think Hornswoggle should be released,because he annoys me. This whole illegitimate child storyline is ridiculous!I've always thought Hornswoggle was boring.
