According to Aristotle, the answer would be none of the above. The four earthly elements are earth, wind, fire and water, whereas heavenly objects such as Sagittaries are made of the fifth element, or "quintessence". Believing them to be made of mere earthly elements such as fire and such would only degade and insult their status. But Aristotle lived a very long time ago and he may have been wrong on a few things, so the subject is somewhat in doubt, even today. If anyone really does figure out what astrological signs are really made of, then they might even win the Nobel Prize. I'll be interested to see what the other respondents to this question have to say on the subject.
