why when i try to print something from the internet like a map from mapquest it prints out nothing but words

Right-click on the map, and select "Save as". When the Save window comes up, you can select a folder to save it in, and a format to save it as (bottom of the window). Save it, then close Mapquest and your browser. Now go to the folder you selected and open the map image. If it displays correctly, you can right-click on it and select Print, or you can use the Print command in the program that opened the image.
