Love yours and worries about you
and lastly how he treats his mother and sisters and younger siblings - that is very important, because they are the first female/woman he has been around, and how he treat them and cares for them will translate to you.

I love seeing a man work hard (physical work)...I think that's so hot. Making me laugh is a good thing cuzz I like to make others laugh. I think attraction is important. A guy doesn't necessarily have to be hot to be attractive. I like confidence in a man but DESPISE arrogance. Having a little bit of extra cash to take me out is good. Being monogamous is a must after dating for a little while. Not drinking A LOT of alcohol is good. Getting the door for me & those sort of manners is great. Oh yes, a guy that's a good listener too. But not too sensitive because I don't wanna see a man cry. Hope that helps. :)

It use to be the bad boy type totally, but now I want someone who is sincere and caring. Most bad boys break your heart and don't care.
Someone who shows genuine care and treats me special is what will be irresistable now.

Have a great personality but someone that doesn't hang all over me. I hate to be smothered ....

His personality. Can't go without a good one of those. And a cute smile doesn't hurt. I also like if he treats the women in his life (even the women he doesn't know) good. It shows how good he'll (hopefully) treat you.
