Sometimes the only thing people want to know is how many of us are going to agree with what they already believe. That could be expressed as a question, but I guess they don't get that far in their copy editing before they push "Send."

Most people who make statements are generally looking to open some form of dialogue ~ be it in general or to get others riled up ...
