There are too many for a list here.

The public schools are all about the same price -picking something that's not your top choice to save a few hundred dollars is a really bad idea. There are always loans available. Also, most financial aid is need-based, not merit based, so don't be intimidated away from applying to the expensive private schools. They actually usually have more money available for financial aid.

The most expensive schools in NJ are Drew, Princeton and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Cheapest in which sense? Princeton has the highest tuition -- but given the earnings potential of its graduates, is the most cost effective in the long run.

Some of the state colleges have the lowest tuition -- but given the earnings potential of their graduates, turn out to be the most costly in the long run.

Go to the best college you can get into & take out loans if you have to. Rutgers and The College of NJ are the two best public universities in the state. If you can go to one of them, then you will probably get the best trade-off of cost versus earnings potential.

Community colleges are the cheapest. Check out this web site and find which ones are closest to you. They also offer scholarships to make it even more affordable.
