where would I find that website or whatever that you tell people to watch it and after a few seconds something scary pops up on the screen and scares the person.

I try to avoid those because they scare the crap out of me. I think I will let you explore those kind of things. I don't want to be responsible for someones heart stopping! Can I say Crap? If I can't then pretend I din't say that. :O)
