ok i have a winter semi-formal (which isnt super dressy) to go to.. and i dont want to wear a dress and heels.. boring... did that 4 times already so i need your help! I know for sure I want to have a unique and chice look... and I really want to wear those cool booties and black tights.. my problem is idk what to wear on top.. a skirt?.. a dress?.. I have no idea! So please help me ..

via fact that your outfit it very concern-unfastened in coloring, any shoe shade might artwork. purely come across a pair which you're gentle in. so some distance as hair is going, yeah the bow/flower might seem infantile. Suggest:
black booties - soft leather, ot velvet - not shiny [ too 60s ]
black fishnet or patterned hose if you have great legs
A BRIGHT minidress [ knee length or a bit shorter ], or a patterned one, with a 'covered up' top to balance out the legs.
