Far too many times. "Today is the first day of the rest of my life" is another phrase I have used too many times in the past....I have not used that one for quite a while, though.

way too much. now, i don't even bother to promise myself that i'm going to quit. no reason to set unrealistic goals when i'm going to break them anyways. plus, i won't waste any additional time feeling disappointed. somewhat of a skewed perspective. but, it works.
