He set a record by throwing 79 completions in his first 100 attempts. He is on pace for 4472 yards, 52 TDs. While he may not keep pace, he certainly will put up great numbers. He leads the league in completion percentage, nearly 80, TDs, and passer rating (ridiculous 134.7).

All of those things are easy to do with the right weapons. Let me point you to a real juggernaught among QB's. The one who gets the job done, with or without great weapons, and without cheating (hehe).

Ladies and gentlemen I give you the one, the only

BRETT FAVRE!!!!

He has a very good chance to win it if he keeps up this pace, but Brett Favre is very close, if not right next to him in the MVP race. Sure Favre doesn't have the unrealistic numbers Bready has right now, but what does Brett have around him aside from Donald Driver? Very young receivers, all all rookie backfield, and a young offensive line. He is the reason aside from the defense why the Packers are 4-0 and will be 5-0 after the Saturday Night Game against Chicago.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was split between then and their Co-MVPs because at this rate, both dserve it. Brady is arguably the best in the game right now, but Brett is so valuable to the Packers it's unbelievable.

Tom Brady hasn't played any good teams yet. Every team the Patriots have played so far are 1-3. I really don't think you can decide how good someone is going to be this early in the season. Wait until after he plays the Colts, the Cowboys, and the Steelers.

yea even though dallas is on pace if they keep it up to set a new scoring record and thats without our fastest weapon -Terry Glenn MVP award is so overated already/ They just give it to the guys with the biggest stats instead of using the award for what it really is meant for MOST VALuable PLayer and that means a player the team couldnt do without(per say) cause you can always find players.) I love my cowboys but ,Farve doesnt have a T.O. ,Randy Moss, Marvin Harrison, LT,LJ, antonio gates, type of help. so i think if the "MVP" truly is an award for that instead of stats Farve should get it as of this point.

Numbers will eventually slow down, especially by the end of the season that teams take it easier by the time they clinch home advantage.

Romo should be the MVP, Dallas is the #1 defense and he's turning an average team into the NFC favorite.

If he keeps up the pace definately... 3 Tds a game... they'll go 16-0 and win the super bowl and there will be no other option for MVP and he'll buy Moss some isotoners.

The Pats are too loaded with talent to have Brady as MVP. My sister could QB that team to a winning record. Brett Favre is the MVP. The Packers are NOTHING without him.

TB + RM = TD, and we will see alot through the season. At the pace they are both playing, Randy Moss & Tom Brady will be breaking some records and I think at the end as long as they can keep this up, MVP will come down to BRADY or MOSS.

Tom Brady will have another Super Bowl at the end of the post season, but Brett Favre will make Romo look like the fraud he is in the NFC championship game though.

Brady is the MVP this year.

I'd pick Brett Favre, just because he doesn't have a running game, and outside of Donald Driver he has no recievers.

I'd put Brady 2nd for now, but were only going into week five of the season.
