Gemma S -- Fulfillment could be as simple as a feeling of being content, for even a temporary or short period of time.

Could you be a little more specific? Fulfillment of what? Fulfillment of my duties? fulfillment of prophecy? fulfillment of all my hopes and dreams? Fulfillment of my daily chores?

ful·fill·ment –noun 1. the act or state of fulfilling
ful·fill –verb (used with object) 1. to carry out, or bring to realization, as a prophecy or promise.
2. to perform or do, as duty; obey or follow, as commands.
3. to satisfy

EDIT: ok - then I take fulfillment. Why? because true contentment, for even a moment is worth more than some gift I probably didn't want in the first place. I don't like surprises. My friends gave me a surprise birthday party once. I cried.
;)

I prefer both. I don't think I should have to choose.
