The Distillers and Lucky Strike are probabaly the best, but good luck finding any of Lucky Strikes CDs. I have had trouble finding their albums. Also, F-Minus is sick, but the females are not the leads. Plus, F-Minus is part of the Crack Rock Steady Crew (choking victims, leftover crack, INDK), so they might not be your style of punk.

Penelope Huston sang for The Avengers (S.F. Punk band in the late 70s). Pauline Murray sang (sings) for Penetration (late 70s U.K. band).
