Who has been/still is the most successful singer over the last decade and still is in terms of:
# of awards won internationally, global support, the most downloaded songs, the most fans, and i guess the most everything in w/e category you can think of. Remember, i am talking about globally. What that means is that this particular singer has fans all over the world in millions.. for example in US and maybe idk Poland or something ( i am just using these countries just as an example). Well, that makes no sense... how can she be born in the States, but not be an American? By law, you are legally an American if born here. The one person I can think of is Britney Spears because she sold more albums than any other woman in, I think like, 2000 or something. Plus, she's known as an International sex symbol. So that's gotta help.
Otherwise, I'm clueless.
Edited: Well, "American" isn't anyone's only nationality anymore. We're all mutts. The only true Americans are the Native Americans... otherwise, we're all foreigners. And even some of them are mutts.
