I wonder how anyone can be stupied enough to let someone force them to do something over the phone.
AND
How some one could be stupied enough to allow someone to let someone do these things to them.

For once, I think that that was not the corporation's fault but a criminal act (or acts) by individual(s).
If I was working for Joe's Burger Joint and then I went out and killed someone, is it Joe's Burger Joint's fault? I don't think so.
McDonalds serves crappy food and is partly responsible for the generalized poor health of Americans but I don't think that it is right to pin this one on them.

I agree with serendipity....we should not gloat on the misfortunes of our competitors. How would you feel if someone decided to re-circulate the famous Jollibee
video...where the "mascots" are getiing it on inside a toilet.

In the first place, I don't particularly like Mc Donalds, however ~~~ the article said the caller also struck other fast food restaurants.

It is not correct to gloat over misfortunes of a competitor. If Jollibee spreads this info, I think it is minus 10,000 points for Jolibee's image, I think.
