Sri Lanka bc, S.L. cricketers must win this match-up series VS England. Since Sri Lanka lost to Pakistan & Australia for the 20-20 match-ups. Therefore,I think Sri Lanka will win bc, England only got lucky with Shah batsman VS S.L. bowling attacks & S.L batsman needs to shape up. Overall, I pick B. S.L will win the series VS England.

If you are talking about the ODI series going on in both the countries, Sri Lanka have better chances of winning the series.
