Yes and have for years. Seems like if I do a lot that day or am busy it's worse. It passes most the time. I don't know what the cause is but I have done it since I was around 8 and am now 35 and my son as a matter of fact a few hours ago came and asked me why did he get depressed in the evenings...
I just figure it's being tired

a lot. I think its because I basically remember almost the whole day in my head and can pick out all the stupid stuff I said. And the tests I didnt do so well on. hen I listen to some kind of music and I get all sad.
