You turned 13 and your now in your teen years. Thats what happens. I get mad at people all the time, especially one person but they're used to it. They know to just ignore me.....they know i don't really mean it. I love them because they do that. But yeah once you hit 18 you won't have to worry about it anymore!

I honestly think it's just a manifestion of being 13. I used to have an explosive temper when I was 13 (I distinctly remember that because I stayed in the principal's office), and my oldest daughter (who is now 21) was a hissing reptile when she was 13....she was a monster! Maybe it's all of those hormones scattering hither and yon, or maybe it's external factors and our growing impatience in dealing with them all....whatever the cause I have never been pissed off more in life than I was at 13. By 14 I was as calm as a corpse. No one hates you, all of this will pass...you just have to give it time and be a bit more gentle wih yourself. (I know, easier said than done, but you're already well on your way....13 can't last forever.)

I have been in that stage of my life before... you feel that everyone is talking about you and no matter what you cant stop thinking about it. Now in order to change this (given if you want to change) Start thinking positive and things will happen. And remember the last time you were truly happy... why were you happy? Then bring those feelings back and it will help you a lot. Also another thought you cant love other until you love yourself... hope all goes well

Neo, there's nothing wrong. It's called growing up.
YOU will have it when you turn 15, 16 and again when you're 18 and older.
All you have to do is get to know yourself. Know that if there's something you need to deal w/ and it's not working with you thinking about it yourself, then go to a friend, parent, teacher, etc.
YOU are the best judge of you, so when you get too down, let someone you trust know so you can get to talk to someone who knows you and cares about you.
Other than that....you are normal.

I used to be in your situation before. i was 13 back then i changed how i acted and controlled my anger. now i'm 16 and i feel a lot better about myself now. YOU need to do something about how your feeling talk to someone you trust maybe a friend thats still there for you but just change for the better cause you just might end up depressed and lead your life in the wrong direction. your still young and enjoy life don't get all worried about it, stuff happens and you'll just have to deal with it.
