Sure bees can sting each other. From a biological perspective that wouldn't make much sense, since when stinging something a bee dies, but I don't see any reason why not.

why would they want to. there would be no fun in that! i think stinging a human is better than stinging another bee. because then you die. jk i dont know if they do. good question.

I think so. Sometimes, if there isn't enough food, they start attacking the least important bees until they leave or die.
