I want to get a chamillion instead. I have approxomately 15 dollars to work with. (dont ask) Should i just get a bottle of fish food and sell the stuff, ( not the fish but everything else really.) on ebay for like 50 dollars as a fish kit and put it up for bids to get X-tra on it (considering its bidding on freakin ebay)? so that'll give me like 75 dollars. I just dont need the aquarium. so if i want a chamillion and i have a 100 dollar budget. what would be the things i need to buy and how much the cost will be?

not to be picky but please try to be specific.

You'll be lucky to get $20 for the 10 gallon.
That's "fully loaded" too.
Complete kits are selling at Walmart for less than $50.

Reconsider a chameleon.
They are extremely difficult to keep. Conditions have to be perfect or they drop dead.
Perfect light, heat, humidity, diet, cage size and any change (like being taken out and held) causes shock and death.
Their skin is too fragile for handling.
They are super sensitive to sound and stress they go into shock and die.

Ok, chameleons are pretty expensive. My baby veiled was $40.00 at a reptile expo. His cage was another $40.00, and when old enough he needed a bigger one, about $100.00. A large plant and tree in the cage, UVB light and fixture ($45.00), a heat reflector dome for basking light ($20.00). A supply of crickets and superworms and the tanks and food needed for the insects. Calcium and vitamin powders. A misting system to help with humidity. A vet check to look for parasites. It all adds up! With a $100 budget, I'd recommend a leopard gecko.
