Good basket ball players are a dime a dozen. Very few of them ever make the pros and the big bucks. So go to college and play basketball there, but graduate. Then if you are really great, the pros will have seen you and pick you up. If you are merely very good, you will have the education you need to get a good job instead of having to settle for the local car wash.

I think that graduating in college or university is important b/c then u would have a associate or bachelors degree in somthing you are intersted in, but if you like basketball and go after it and "if" u get hurt and are never able to play then u will not have anything to support u or others. but the degree will come in handy for getting jobs and getting higher positions than not graduating college or university

Graduating is more important. The one exception is that if you can come out early and get drafted, you should probably do that. You could go back to school and get hurt, and never make the big money. If you go to the NBA and get hurt, you still have plenty of money to pay for the rest of your college education.

Basket ball will pay more if you are very good but if you get hurt or dont play well, you'd better have some education to fall back on. You cant shoot hoops all your life. I dont know why you cant have both. If you are really that good, the team will wait until you graduate.
