Hard to say based on the information provided. How old is the car? How many miles on it? What's the service history? Start by going to your local Auto Zone (auto parts store). They'll read the error codes for free and tell you what they mean.

Take your car to a professional so they can do a diagnostic check. Once they scan it, you will be able to decide whether or not it is feasilbe to repair or replace. The TCS light is on due to the poor performance of the engine. It maybe something as simple as a fuel filter or anything from fuel injectors to the computer or worse a blown head gasket. Continued driving is just making bigger problems

You may need an ignition tune up. A shakey engine, especially on hard acceleration or when going up a hill indicates an engine misfire.
