That's what I feel like right now... is it normal

It's definitely normal for strong feelings to associate themselves with physical urges.
I've known people that actually would throw up if they were very, VERY upset.

Perhaps doing something to keep your hands and/or your head busy will help you calm down. Can't really say, as I don't know what the problem is.

It'll pass, though.

I did throw up. Wow I was angry. About age 10 a neighbor lady yelled at me as if I were the cause of all her problems. She was not a well person. Being a helpless kid, I bottled up the anger rather than talk back to a grown-up, and my system didn't appreciate all that adrenaline. Later my folks calmed me down, and the neighbor's rep took another hit. How a person can reach adulthood and be so sick is beyond me. To finish answering, yes, it's a normal response to abnormal stress-don't make the stress normal. Good luck.
