Yes, 10:15PM is too late to eat eggs and bacon. However, it is only 9:15PM here but yes, It is still much to late to eat something like that.
I would suggest having a small bag of chips or a few chips and a glass of water or juice or even iced tea. You can have a banana, apple, orange or other fruit too. Have some carrots, or
something too. I love junk food, but this is what I eat late at night. I'm not some health food addict
(not even close).
Well, unless you are going to bed like 4 hours from now, then maybe it wouldn't be too late to have eggs and bacon. Depends on what time you are planning on going to bed.

nicely, it would not sound right for you, even though it does sound good. In medical well being words: you will desire to no longer consume eggs on a daily basis by way of ldl cholesterol, and you will desire to no longer have chocolate chips in pancake batter or jam and that i assume you will desire to no longer have that plenty toast. To heck with all of it, there'll come an afternoon the place you may no longer consume that stuff without it getting into the present day on your abdomen, relish it on a similar time as you're youthful and keep in mind the day once you will desire to! Breakfast can be eaten any time. Just go to an IHOP or a Denny's anytime of day or night and people are eating breakfast. Go for it!
