Relocate, move house, move to another state, getting a new job, find some new friends, join a club, stop caring about the past - live in the now.

If thats to drastic, you can do small changes in your life, e.g. Try taking different roots to work or school, take a up new hobby that we involve you with others. Change your diet, change the way you dress, find a life partner, read new a book, travel!
All things to changes your out look on life.

and make sure you're having fun too.
