If you are on meds the side effect could be the cause, but if not then you need to start thinking of yourself as sexy. No one else can just hand your sex drive back to you it is a inner thought of yourself. I know this sounds like a crock but I have been there and it took me to re-invent myself, I changed my hair, hair color, I bought new clothes I hung out with my single friends (not to cheat on my husband but to pick up their flirting techniques) and I used what I learned on my husband. The more I did the more he noticed and he started to treat me like I was feeling a beautiful sexy woman.

I hope this helps, it did for me.

If you can eliminate any medical reasons for having no sex drive, I think that the best advice you can get is just to not worry about it! If this is something you worry about a lot, you're only going to get more stressed and less interested. PLEASE try to take some time to take care of yourself. Treat yourself to whatever relaxes you and makes you happy, don't worry about what your husband (or boyfriend or whoever) is thinking because he's probably more worried about you than your sex drive.

If you can just work on making you as happy and relaxed as you can be, everything else should fall into place. Good luck with this, I hope you find a helpful answer here someplace!

Try pampering yourself, pour a hot bath, have a glass of wine and maybe try reading some erotic material.
Sometimes our sex drives stall and they just need a little bump, it may not take more than this, or better yet write out the things that most turn you on, question yourself and see what comes to the surface, you may actually be hiding a sexual giant, lol. I wish you the very best.

I would first try to determine when and maybe reasons why you lost it... did you just have a baby, lots of stress etc. Then I would see a Dr. You could also try exploring yourself sexually to see if you can find anything that turns you on or puts you in the mood.

WOW, its good that you are concerned! Try changing your diet, just plenty of exercise, stop smoking, check side effects of any meds!! Encourage your man to be supportive, and inventative. Maybe a hot movie w/your man! And just let your self go & enjoy your new found self!
