That's a really old photo. Jenna has gone through rehabilitation for her drinking problem. She has written a book. She is engaged in work with a non-profit organization that deals with issues of humanity. She's also engaged to be married. But, I guess rehabiliation and redemption isn't possible in your world.

Get over it already! The deal with Jenna & Barbara drinking happened while they were in college - attempting to live a normal college life like any other young person in this country.
While Billary was in office, they insisted on as much privacy for Chelsea as was possible so that she could grow up normally as well. As has virtually all other presidents with non-adult children in the media age. This isn't current - it's old.
