It is actually. But in this world a trend breaks the rule. Advertising on car windsheils is actually against rules but since everybody doing that, so it doesn't matter even if they are breaking the rules

It's probably a city ordinance and could be researched with little effort.

However, let me warn you about something. I knew someone who did that at a shopping mall once. He got a phone call from the mall management informing him that people threw them on the ground, and they'd had to foot the bill for cleaning it all up. NEXT TIME, they'd send the bill to him.

Personally, I'd find another way to advertise -- the penny-saver or dollar-saver, if you have one in your community. Or a newspaper insert on Sunday morning... or, online.

It would be illegal in a private parking lot, but in a public lot or on the street it's ok. So no papering cars at office buildings for instance.

You also can't put ANYTHING in someone's mail box, that's for mail only and the laws on that are very strict. You can, however, rubber band flyers to the doorhandles of houses, set them in the door, or put a stack on the floor at the entrance of an apartment building.

the magnificent print constantly says that the broking provider isn't accountable for misprints or blunders. in many situations those internet pages are maintained by means of ability of 0.33 activities or underpaid place of work people and that they do make blunders. i'm quite shocked that this broking provider ought to offer you gas money and $40 replaced into VERY generous. the certainty that they did this for you will possibly desire to instruct that it replaced into an consumer-friendly mistake. i might unquestionably evaluate doing company corporation with this broking provider, regardless of the section. They went out of their thank you to compensate you for the trip. it quite isn't elementary indoors the vehicle deciding to purchase international. The Wal-mart commentary is rather ignorant. particular Wal-mart can stumble on the money for to sell you a $3 %. of butter for $2, yet a motorcar broking provider can no longer take a $5,000 loss on a product as a results of certainty of a misprint or as a results of certainty you're 'irritated'. it rather is definitely dumb.

what ur doing is 'guerilla marketing' .
as to illegal or legal it just depends on the local laws, if u get caught, if u get a hard butt officer.
will u go to 'jail' unlikely.
suggest u get a 'trac phone or rental number' for contact. there is nothing like a drunk calling at 3 in morning.

Yes,
This amounts to ,in most areas of the country littering or soliciting without a license.Check your local laws where you wish to do this first. It can be very costly for the fines if you don't.

Many places it is, by a local ordinance that prohibits doing this. Check with the mall office - they'll know.
