Enimia/Enimic Question?

how can i tell if i am enimic without a bloodtest? just recently i have been getting so tired and sore mid day when i have gotten 9-11 hours of sleep every night? it runs in my family, so i need to know! also, how can i help it?

i have also been a little short of breath

Anemia does not cause shortness of breath. Your iron level can only be determined by a blood test. You could have something else going on that would cause fatigue and shortness of breath and it could be serious. Call the doctor.
