To win the AFC usually requires a playoff game in cold windy weather. The dolphins of the Mariono era had no chance in foul weather, it was all about Marino and passing. The Colts won their superbowl last year when they went to a ball control, balanced attack. As to defense in the NFL, ball control by the offense will make your D well rested and sharp.

No, but Dan Marino is one of the greatest QB's ever played the game of football. He holds many records like the most passing yards in a single season. I think it is 5,084 yards.

Never won it. Went to the big game his rookie year and lost to San Fran. He had a good defense. He and receivers Mark Clayton and Mark "Super" Duper were all young. He said he always thought, "no biggie, there will be other Super Bowls." He never went back.

Hell no! He only went once and got crushed. Marino was always more concerned with passing records than he was about winning.

That would be a no. He broke many of Fran Tarkenton's record who also made 3 trips to the Super Bowl only to come up empty handed

nope
but he is in my opinion the greatest QB of all time.
He cold make a comeback if he wanted to. He could be a 3rd stringer for New England and he'd win the Super Bowl. Heck he could go in and get his record back.
