95 lbs is nothing!

When I was in 8th grade I weighed 90 lbs and that was wayyy skinny. My friend rob weighed 90 lbs too, he looked like a twig.

I dont think you need to lose weight. It's not healthy for your age. If you're really concerned, just try to eat healthier. Skip out on the pop - eat veggies for snacks instead of doritos and sugary stuff. Having a healthy eating style is the best way to make sure you stay at a decent weight and develope properly. :)

Hope I helped.

how tall are you ? that's a very important aspect in considering any diet. I think 95 pounds for a 13 year old seems fine, I totally think it's unhealthy to loose weight. You could watch your diet and do excercise daily, but I suggest you wait until you are at least 16-18( since your body won't grow much more) and consider loosing weight.

Good luck!

You are 13. No matter how tall you are, you still have growing to do and trying to lose weight can have adverse affects that can stunt your growth, so unless you have health problems where your doctor is telling you to lose weight don't. Its not important to lose weight, is in important to be healthy. Losing or gaining weight can both make you unhealthy and being more healthy should be the goal.

Just if it makes you feel better, i am also 13 and about 95 pounds. i've also heard that during puberty, there is no proper weight that everyone should be at, because growing occurs at different rates from person to person. you shouldnt focus on you're weight unless u know you're overweight. you are definetly not.
also, muscle weighs more than fat, so your weight cant tell everything about your shape. you still shouldnt worry about it, though

i wouldnt...it depends on how tall you are ...if your above 5 feet tall, your really skinny (not a bad thing) just dont loose weight! If your 13 and 95 lbs. id say your a little underweight and i should try to gain a little. Thats just my opinion! Hope i helped

salt(sodium) is what in many cases reasons fat to keep interior the tummy so in case you jog around 30 minutes an afternoon and eat much less salty meals(and chocolates) you will lose at lest some.(crunches will possibly not artwork because of the fact they reason muscle and that would make you look even extra advantageous)

Must take into consideration your height too. If you are tall, about 1.6m for your age, than thats fine.
